This Privacy Notice explains how Angelic Sharon ("we", "us", the "Seller") collects, uses and protects your personal data. Angelic Sharon is the data controller for the personal data described here and decides how and why it is processed.

1. Personal data we collect

• Contact data — your name and email address, provided at checkout or when you contact support.
• Order data — the product purchased, order reference, purchase date, country and currency. Card and bank details are collected and held by Paddle, not by us; we never see or store them.
• Support data — the content of messages you send us.
• Usage and device data — pages viewed, referring page, browser type, approximate location, and IP address.

2. Why we use it, and our legal basis

• To deliver your purchase and provide the product — necessary for performance of our contract with you.
• To provide customer support — performance of our contract and our legitimate interest in helping customers.
• To prevent fraud and keep the service secure — our legitimate interest in protecting the business and its customers.
• To improve the product and the site — our legitimate interest in understanding how the service is used.
• To send marketing emails — only with your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
• To meet legal, accounting and tax obligations — compliance with a legal obligation.

3. Who we share data with

• Merchant of Record — Paddle.com Market Ltd acts as the Merchant of Record for all orders and handles the sale of the product, payment processing, subscription and order management, tax compliance, invoicing and billing support.
• Service providers and subprocessors — hosting, database, email delivery, analytics and support tooling providers who process data on our instructions.
• Professional advisers — legal, accounting and tax advisers where necessary.
• Authorities — where we are required to disclose data by law.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. International transfers

Our providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States and the European Economic Area. Where data leaves the UK or EEA, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

5. How long we keep it

Order and transaction records are retained for as long as required by tax and accounting law (typically up to seven years). Support correspondence is kept for up to two years. Analytics data is kept for up to 26 months. When data is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised.

• have inaccurate data corrected;
• have your data erased;
• restrict or object to certain processing;
• receive your data in a portable format;
• withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior processing;

7. Security

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies that are required for the site and checkout to function, and limited analytics cookies that help us understand traffic in aggregate. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; blocking essential cookies may prevent checkout from working.

9. Children

The product is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
