Refund Policy

Angelic Sharon offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on every purchase of The Bump Drop.

Your refund window

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. You do not need to explain why — a change of mind is enough.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, either:

• visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you purchased with; or
• email us at support@thebumpdrop.com with your order reference and we will arrange it for you.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Paddle usually processes refunds within a few business days; your bank or card issuer may take a further 5–10 business days to show the credit.

What happens to your access

When a refund is issued, your access to the downloaded files and any related materials ends, and you must stop using and delete your copies.

A note on our rising price

The Bump Drop price rises after each sale. Refunds always return the exact amount you paid. If you buy again later, the then-current price applies — we cannot restore an earlier price.
